Series pricing, memberships, consistent timing and cumulative results across every event, in one connected system all season.

Barefoot runs race series, clubs and memberships end to end: series pricing and season passes, club memberships and renewals, consistent timing across every round, and cumulative results and standings, all in one connected system for the whole calendar.

A series or club is running a whole season, not a single event, and the job is really about consistency and community. Set up each round from scratch, price bundles and member discounts by hand, chase renewals in a spreadsheet, bring in a different timer each round, and then try to stitch a season-long points table together, and the admin swallows the season. Members expect to be recognised, to get their member price without arguing, and to see standings that actually add up. Running the whole calendar on one system, entries, memberships and timing together, is what makes a series feel like a season rather than a stack of separate events.

Let's connect and see how Barefoot Sport simplifies registrations and maximises participant experience.
Yes. Series pricing, memberships, timing and cumulative standings run in one connected system across the calendar.
Yes. Points tables and standings build automatically across every round, with no manual reconciliation.
Yes. Memberships, renewals and event entries run in the same system, with members recognised season on season.
No. Some registration platforms hold club memberships and event entries in the same system, so a person’s record, their renewal status and their entry history sit together. Running them separately is the more common setup, and it means re-keying data, reconciling two payment streams and manually checking who is a financial member before race day. If your club runs its own events, one system removes that cross-checking work.
Yes. Most membership systems accept a CSV or spreadsheet import. The usual sticking points are duplicate records, missing join dates and members who have already lapsed, so clean the list first: one row per person, a current email address, a join date and a clear expiry. Ask whether historical memberships come across too, because measuring retention is much harder if only current members are imported.
That depends on how the system handles the season rollover. Some platforms archive every member at the end of a season and require each person to renew before they can enter events, which keeps data accurate but creates a renewal spike. Others roll memberships forward automatically, or run them from each person’s join date on a prorated fee. Ask how expiry, reminders and archived records work before you commit.
Yes. Membership discounts are standard: the system checks whether the person entering holds a current membership and applies a set dollar amount or percentage at checkout. Most platforms let you limit the discount to certain events, require a membership that is still valid on race day rather than only at entry, and prompt non-members to join during checkout. That last option turns every event into a recruitment channel for the club.
Yes. A series page lets someone enter every round in one transaction, either at a bundle price or with a discount that applies once they enter a set number of rounds. You can still sell individual rounds alongside it, and most series do, because a season pass suits regulars while single entries bring in newcomers. Bundling early also brings entry revenue forward, which helps when your costs land before round one.
Work with people who get the pace, pressure, and precision of endurance events and build platforms that match it.
